Our Mission

Our mission is clear: We empower Ethiopian students to thrive in an ever-changing world by providing access to high-quality education and practical tools.
We serve high school students (Grades 9–12), helping them excel in national and international exams, discover new interests, and prepare for university or self-guided study.
We also strive to ensure our students are future-ready, giving them foundational knowledge in STEM, digital literacy, and problem-solving to prepare for opportunities in the AI and robotics revolution.

Who We Are

Atenu Foundation was founded to remove barriers to education in Ethiopia. Our focus is on building strong foundations in science, mathematics, languages, and technology, while offering a balanced curriculum that includes social sciences and test preparation for both local and international exams.
We recognize that the world of work is changing—AI and robotics are transforming every industry. That’s why Atenu integrates technology skills, coding basics, and critical thinking into our courses, so Ethiopian students are ready to lead and succeed in tomorrow’s world.

What We Do

  • 500+ Courses & Exam Prep: We offer more than 500 online courses and practice tests across key subjects like mathematics, science, English, and social sciences.
  • International Exam Preparation: Students can access materials and mock exams for TOEFL, IELTS, TEC Canada, TCF Canada, SAT, ACT, and JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test).
  • Digital Skills for the Future: We provide students with courses and resources in computer science, digital literacy, and introductory programming—preparing them for careers in AI, robotics, and other emerging fields.
  • Interactive Simulators: Our science and math simulators help students apply their knowledge and learn by doing.
  • Scholarships & Opportunities: Atenu Foundation shares local and global scholarships, helping students pursue further education without financial barriers.
  • Community Support: Our online community, forum, and Telegram group provide a supportive environment for peer learning and collaboration.
